After meds passed and BG-IP on feb 26, no updates..since then..

Today I discovered, that in my company reference letter, along with roles and responsibilities, I had added the compensation part also - but instead of 2016-17, I added the compensation for 2015-16 :|

Although, I have submitted all the payslips, increment letters, promotion letters, the minute screw-up on the reference letter isn't going to be a deal breaker.

wanted to know what exactly goes on during the Background check, i have submitted my PCC letter for India and my stay is Australia as well

Does any one know what is the process they follow during the BG check, do they write back to each and every country and seek there response

no one knows exactly what they are doing in BG but for sure they will confirm it from India and Australia.. if you don't have any derogatory records, you have nothing to worry ..
