I faced the same problem.

They sent my ppr email and i didn't received it. i was on the the same day my BG changed to IP
send an email to cpc ottawa regarding status of your file and they will let you know what communication was sent and ask you to verify if you didn't receive it

In this case, CIC cant help out.

BTW, what did they do then, did they sent you the PPR email again or what?

Also, on which email address should i send the email?

Just spoke to CIC rep, as per them they have sent a communication on April 25th (the day of IP2), but we haven't received it. They won't tell me what the communication was as i am the dependent and my spouse is the primary applicant. it took me me 40 mints to get hold of the cic agent. My spouse is not available to call right now.

Most prob the email they sent is sent to some agents email id we used in past.. :-[ can something be this bad.....

dont know what to do... :-\

I was having a yahoo address
they resent me and also left a comment on my file after my first email of not receiving the communication, that the applicant is facing problem getting email and email has been resent. If not received applicant may contact us again

After two fail attempts of not receiving Ppr email they sent it to mycic account

Relax...PPR is yours.....They will resend. Just keep following up.

As this is an urgent matter so they should react quickly.

Meanwhile get your Photos Done from Costco.

Its unclear....some receive CPC Sydney some CIO Sydney some CPC Ottawa....
They should have mentioned the location.

Yesterday I called CIC and agent mentioned that all the CEC applications are processing at Ottawa only no other place.

I am not sure about other stream but confirm for CEC

I guess there portal have issues wd yahoo

So i guess they will sent you after trying to resend, in your CIC account
So dont tk stress. They will work on it
