I had the this status yesterday..
Today above status changed to Medicals passed and Background check changed from Not Started to In progress.. so you should expect something similar in a day or two.

Feb 28 - Background Check NN - NS
Mar 01 - Medical Passed
Mar 01 - Background Check NS - IP(1)

Now the question is, I need a letter from IRCC to apply for PCC at my place of origin.
Any insight on cases like this? Is it suppose to slow down the process alot?

February batch seems to be moving quite fast for both CEC and FSW outland.

What do you mean by got EE OINP approved? Were you nominated by OINP, received ITA and submitted e-APR in Jan 2017? If so, the correct thread for you would be JAN AOR: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/updated-topics/-t467258.0.html;topicseen

I suspect you might have entered the EE POOL in Jan and now received OINP NOI. Is that correct? If so, there are specific threads for OINP.

Not Sure since I don't have access to it what was earlier status.
But I guess, Application Status changed from invitation received to Open.

I am new here. I have recieved my AOR on 20th Feb. Going my the current stats, when can we expect PPR for Feb AOR applicant from the New Delhi Visa Office.
