Sent email to CIC and got reply saying your application is being processed at Case Processing Center in Sydney Nova Scotia

One of my friend also sent email to CIC and he got a reply saying your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney Nova Scotia ....

Can someone tell me what is the difference between Case Processing Center & Centralized Intake Office

One of my other friend also got reply saying that your application is being processed at Case Processing Center in Ottawa.

no movement since last update.
Given the trend, i am guessing we might see updates in the next week.

Can anyone explain to me why the CEC stream is being processed so much faster (within 1-2 months) whereas others have to wait 6 months?

Almost identical except for the fact that my med passed is Mar 1st. Wonder when BG check would happen

Seriously after medicals I check the account six times a day I don't know when you have submitted all the docs including PCC while it takes them so much time to process. FSWO is particularly very slow.
