This is the email format they require:

IMPORTANT: You must provide us with your application number in the subject line of your email and include in the body of your email the following information:

* Surname and Given name(s)
* Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
* Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number
* Category of Immigration (CEC, Provincial Nominee, Family Class, Federal Skilled Worker, Temporary Resident)

And by this:

should I write my application number (E000??????), because I don't have UCI number?

You can also ask for your UCI number in the mail.

Do you mean 23rd MARCH and 25th MARCH? Since your AOR itself is 28th Feb.

AOR Feb 16, CEC inland.

I got AOR on 20-Feb, still nothing on med result. I've seen others who've had a long wait so I'm just trying to be patient. It looks like no-one on the tracker from 19-Feb and 20-Feb have received information on passing med.

Pretty weird considering every other day of the month has at least some result of passing the med.

Let's hope for some updates in the coming week ! Only applications from those two dates 19th and 20th of long weekend seems delayed ..
