Not everyone living in India gets NDVO as visa office ...some lucky ones get Ottawa .

And looks like u are lucky

May be ur right. I never asked CIC about this. It is my assumption that it is NDVO

But two more NDVO applicants got IP2 today. They are Feb PNP-O too
