OK so its about 32 days since your AOR. I guess Medicals should be past in a few days now. It also depends on your stream but anyways it should be just around the corner because I checked the tracker and people with AoR similar to yours are getting their medical results these days

Not Applicable: is during the initial days of your application
Not Started: After Medicals are passed, the status goes to NS

After that it fluctuates between NS, IP and NN and it depends on each individual case how it goes from there.

I think yes. As I understand they move it around a bit before agreeing to give out the PR. Types of checks and time taken will depend on each individual case I guess.

What does it mean when it goes from not applicable to not started then back to not applicable is this a good sign?

Today I got an ADR from CIC asking for Afghanistan PCC and I have 60 days to provide it.

Now with my eAPR I had already provided an LOE saying its 5 months since I applied for the PCC and I dont have any response from the Afghanistan Embassy.

Any ideas what I can do here?

If they are asking for it then you have to reapply for PCC and get it somehow. They must have read in LOE already regarding this.
