just called CIC, was hoping there was a big update in my app. but after phone call, the agent was very kind and told me, my app is almost done, just need someone say yes to my app.

He said the CIC might send the PPR to me around mid of NOV. hope he said is right.

My medical changed from "pass" to "not needed at this time". I dont know what it means. Anyone under same situation ????

That's normal. It means your application is moving.

At this point, I really don't care that much and assume it is just a matter of time based on the 2nd set of Notes just received.

That's the current status of my application. Not sure how much longer need to wait for PPR to arrive. Hope the above info helps.
