After 7 months and 25 days, the PPR finally came. I got my RPRF request along with the passports one. I hope everybody here who hasn't got it yet, gets theirs soon. My timeline is below:

NS PNP / FSW
VO: São Paulo

AOR - Feb 19th
Schedule 4 Request - Mar 24th
RPRF and PPR - Oct 14th
Landing - before Christmas

Hello Everyone,

Happy to inform that I received PPR on Oct 14, 2016. and submitted the passport to CIC Ottawa.

Thanks to everyone for the support and guidance.

Now I have a question.

When I would do the border crossing, for for proof of funds - I shall definitely get the documents updated, but since I have a bank statement and balance confirmation from one of the Indian Banks, is the scanned copy fine, or the original document is required?

I think scanned copy is always fine, but want to double check if anyone has faced this situation.

According to my GCMS notes, I will be called to an interview because they need to clarify some questions about my work experience. I don't know why. I've sent them copies of my reference letters, workbook, paystubs.

I have the same status as well with Aor 29 Feb CEC, inland.Last time I called CIC. They told me that right now my file is under final review and told me to just wait.Did you apply for notes for your application.I am hoping we all get PPR soon. Lol this waiting period is definitely killing.

Guys finally I finished my landing.
Since I was already in Canada I had to leave Canada and return, so I did flag poling at US Border. The officers were polite at both US/Canada offices and did the whole process in less than an hour.
