Congrats! Keep checking your MyCIC account for a new message with PPR. Sometimes happens same day. I received mine within an hour of status change. Good luck You are almost through

Scrolling through my notes the last time my file was looked at was 5/5/2016. Which is the date my eligibility was passed but security has not started as yet..... 6 days till i hit 5 month mark... Should I order another set of notes...

eligibility was "recommend passed or passed" was it checked by analyst or officer ?

Passed will be set by Officer. Recommended Passed is done by analyst. IMO it goes to passed after all checks on medicals, criminality, security and eligibility itself are done. You can consider it as recommended passed from eligibility perspective.

Not sure about s.19(1) but if eligibility is set to "Recommend Passed" that means eligibility tests are fine to great extent. expect some positive news in coming days.
