Wrong choice of noc, education, PCC: this is what I remember. These reasons caused refusal after RPRF.

Most provincial nominees shouldn't have issues with NOC choice and education...PCC - very possible.

if the PCC itself is OK, I mean no detention/arrest - as it is written clearly in certificate, what they are checking or even more, how they can reject? based on what?

I'm not sure really. Most people rejected on grounds of PCC submitted outdate PCC or invalid - not really any criminal issue.

In India several authorities issue the PCC. Some applicants changed locations and submitted the PCC from the wrong institution.

Yesterday the member of our whatsapp group was rejected for this reason.

Did anything change yesterday? because they send the email next day after updating something and people usually think its a ghost email. But I really hope it is a sign of good news.

Man your application is moving so fast....you could get PPR within a week or two!

Requested for RCMP CRIMINAL RECORD on Jan/25, appiled on the same day. Do any one knows how long it takes sending the report from Otawa recently? Thanks.

Had the same request. I hear that it ususally takes 7-10 business days. I applied from Calgary. It might vary from places. I have heard people have got it in 2-3 days as well. Best of Luck
