AOR in August 2015

Today got PPR. Although was never logged in here but always used to get updates from here. still no update on My CIC account. ECAS not working for me.

on another note... mycic still says bg check in progress. is this normal? i didnt really get a dm or ghost mail. it went straight to ppr... my ecas is still not working so i dont know what to think of this. i already sent my passport via courier today, it should be at my local vo at another city in 1 or 2 days.

it will continue to show the same until the passport is stamped and sent across to you. You will see it approved after that. ECAS is no longer applicable for EE applicants and hence you will not be able to access.

Guys need some info..

2 things.

* When we get a Ghost mail and do not see any updates in MYCIC account

* When we log in to MYCIC and see the status as “Updated” but do not see any updates in the account

What above 2 things mean? Is it like some officer is checking your application?

Do you want to submit your application or you want to show it at the border for landing? For application submission you have to follow CIC instructions in your mycic account, but for showing at the border I do not think there is an specific format. I have heard cases that they showed the money they have in their account on their cell phone! But you can wait for others to reply.

Ghost email this morning. Preparing for the worst to be honest, yet hoping for the best. How do people receive rejections? Through emails or mycic? Thanks for any advices.
