You need all the faith you can get now. Just be positive and hopefully, they would consider your spouse' declaration letter.

The total of both applicants amount is acceptable.
That's what the checklist for pnp says.
And the floundation of documentation for both ee and pnp is same.
Write a LOE.

Got a message from CIC asking for army discharge papers today. My Aor was 8 Aug, FSW.

I'm having a lot of difficulty getting them :-(

And I only have 7 days to submit.

Are you sure that the pof requirements by provinces and cic are same? Some provinces do not even need pof.

Like he stated, I also read somewhere that cic recommends that pof should be in the principal applicant's name.

The Ecas is still down. A technical glitch should have been resolved by now. As a Web programmer we work round the clock in case one of our applications go down. Maybe there is something else going on.

Meanwhile, have there been any developments in MyCIC. Has anyone got any PPR or request this week?

No i didn't... I think the best time to order GCMS note is either your status become DM and no updates or if nothing happens even after 5-6 months. My app is just 3 months after AOR.

You can order anytime

I am FSW-Outland.

Same thing happened to my app. Today your BG will change to In Progress.
