You are an Inland applicant, right? That's why your BG check begun so early in the process... For outlanders it usually starts really close to PPR.

Might be that the reason .........but this is why asked how come that quick

Cancelled by CIC by mistake: 24th. Aug
MyCIC: Cancelled as incomplete
ECAS: No access
CSE: No answer
CallCenter: Cancelled in error

Last time I called CallCenter, the rep was not impolite, she was rude.

My BG check is not started on the ECAS, and it only shows on CIC.

Go to ur profile. There on left side u will see modify profile. Under that choose second option I.e forum profile settings. There u will find signature option. Type ur info there

I only have "Account Related Setting" under "Modify Profile" right now. And every time I replied some posts I got banned from sending personal message nor replying any post. Is this some kind of limit for newbie account?

well yeah a lot of us did receive the ITA on July 17th but we didnt submit in july hence the thread title....but i have a similar update except for BGC (not in process)...refer in my signature

I wanted to check and see the link for Case specific query. I have applied under Express Entry and I fall under Los Angeles mission. Which of the below link shall I use for submitting Case Specific Query:

or

2. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=los%20angeles

The second link doesnt have option for Express Entry, but the first one has. But, AOR says that in case I need to submit any new information, I should use the CSE link specific to the Visa office my present residence falls under. Any help would be appreciated ?

I got a "REQUEST LETTER" from CIC this morning.. Asking me to contact WES to get online access to the ECA report.
I ordered online access on WES (to send a ecopy to CIC directly)...

Now, how do i notify CIC that i have attended to their requirement ??
Or will they acknowledge the receipt of the report ??
How can we contact them or get this point clarified ??

Did you receive document request in your MyCIC account? Even I ordered a duplicate ECA report from WES as mine was not electronically accessible by CIC. However, I never received any document request. I came to know about the limitation of my report and ordered online. WES told me that they will directly deliver it to CIC office. I haven't received any update from CIC about this so far. Please update when you will receive any confirmation.

Yes. You gotta have at least 10 posts to unlock the signature feature

Same thing happened to me. WES contacted me directly and asked me to order a duplicate report which i did. Didn't get any document requests in myCIC account. No acknowledgements from CIC either. I don't think that's a problem though. I'm sure they now have it, otherwise they would have asked me to provide it.
