AOR in August 2015

I have had my file transferred frm Ottawa to local vo (NDVO) on the 10th of March. Into my 9th month frm now. Just don't know what to expect. Absolutely no news. Any idea why the tranfer after almost 7 months frm AOR?
Any Indian applicant whose file was transferred to new delhi and how long did it take to ppr frm file transfer.
Its getting frustrating. Sigh!!!!

I think transfer to lvo is good news.
My application is still in ottawa, so judging from that, I think you are one step ahead.
Is your bg in progress?

My file is in otawa from sept no decision yet ...

My BG check isn't yet started. Also its been more than a month since the file has been transferred so wondering why so much of a delay.
Will b emailing local VO soon.

e-mail your local VO and ask for status.

I remember a while back when applicants from June AOR were the last ones (or the oldest aors still waiting)., since August now seems to be the oldest alive aor thread, lets try to keep eachoder company.

Today i received a verification call from my local VO (NDVO) and soon after that my BG check went into progress (after 8 months n 10 days). Finally some movement. What can i expect now? Mixed feelings!

The lady asked me abt my previous emploment history for which i had claimed points under the respective NOC. Ihad worked for 4 years+ n then changed professions. So she asked me the reason i changed professions and what duties i handled in my earlier job. Was a short conversation. She was very to the point. Didn't probe much.

Lets hope for the best. Fingers crossed.
