Hi Guys, I have an India PCC which I got in Nov 2014.
As per my knowledge cic does accepts pcc which is valid for 3 months. (If I am wrong could you please rectify me)
My question is if I will get an ITA this month can I send the same pcc which I got in Nov 2014 ?
If not, Can I send the same and explain them that I have already applied for a new one and will send later with the application receipt.
Will that work ?
or is there any other suggestion for this ?

Anyone had same scenario ? What was your solution ?

Appreciating your valuable suggestion.
Hey
As far as I know Indian Pcc is valid for only six months. Get a new one. Don't take chance. There have been refusals reported on this forum due to older PCC.
Good luck

pcc is valid for 1 year, unless any expiration date is mentioned in the pcc.

hello guys ,

i was wondering how people got rejected because of medical upfront after getting medical passed.....i thought medical passed means everything good with medical ....

my medical type is
IME - EDE
FAMILY -EDE

SHOULD I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS

ANY SUGGESTION GUYS ?

I took a different type of the Medical Exam:
IME- non-EDE
Upfront medical type:Worker

I found that...
EDE clients are those who are exempted from assessment of excessive demand on the Canadian health care system.
However, EDE clients are assessed for
1. Danger to public health
2. Danger to public safety

Non-EDE clients are assessed for
1.Danger to public health
2.Danger to public safety
3.Excessive demand on the Canadian health care system

I guess it depends on the citizenship...

Usually all categories workes for Express entry , whether its family worker or student. There was 2 unusual cases where applicant rejected or taking worker Non EDE medical exam . Later and before lot of applicants passed by selecting worker and Family

So it should be a cic mistake , in both the cases applicant went for appeal . I think you don't need to worry about that.
