May I ask if you get a new AOR after your application gets re-opened? Application resumes or starts over again?

I think it changes to not needed when they are waiting for some documents from you.. it takes them a while to attach them to your file when you send them so i am guessing this is the reason..

By the way., my bg is still not started and application still shows cancelled- incomplete in the main window. What about yours?

we are from same country and have same problem. I have one time cancelled (my mistake) and I send for re-open my app but after one month they send me letter they don't want open again so I need make new profile on EE. Second time I don't want risk so I took immigration lawyer for finish this. I find really the best what I can and is cheaper what can be. My lawyer make for me everything and check all document after I have AOR. So lawyer submitted my application and again cancelled. Then she (lawyer) make for me letter with explanation (they know better from us what need to be write) and after one month they re-open my application, so they send me letter my application is re-open and second or same day I saw change in mycic account. Still waiting but update going normal. I think you need to call cic and ask is it re-open or not maybe you loosing time. I didn't have AOR for re-open just letter and they make all stuff. Never again nothing without lawyer. It maybe little more money but they can fight with them they know roules we don't know.

We need an urgent help here. Today we (me and my spouse) received an email that the job bank account will soon be deactivated. So we logged in but it's directly shows 'update ur EE profile'. What has this happened?? What to update??? And when I filled in the details that I received while creating and EE PROFILE in job bank account , it doesn't accept it. My BG is in progress and I want to avoid any potential threat that can affect the application. Please help anyone!

It's common for everyone. I could not reactivate my account either.

Leave that job bank thing alone. You don't need it. Mine has expired long-long time ago.

Does anyone know how many refugees are they actually brining in? I thought it was 25,000, but when you add up applications in process and the ones already finalized, it adds up to 30,000 already...just wonder when this nonsense is going to end.

They have 10000 as planned and 25000 additional making 35000 in total carried over from 2015.
Right now they are completed or processing about 29000 another 6000 to add to complete 2015 promise by March
Then we'll start speaking about 2016, which I remember to have noticed somewhere to be about 50000
