Firstly congrats on your progress.!!!

I have a question regarding rejection of first application.
You said it was due to "not being to download university diploma" - meaning you did not upload it or they couldn't view it ?

And from the date of AOR to rejection was 4 month ? inbetween did you get any communication other than medical passed.
why i asked is , there are people lilke me who are waiting for 3 months after AOR with zero updates.. So we want to know if a long wait with zero update is a positive sign or not.

Yes, you are right. I got my first AOR after the first Express Entry draw on January 31st , but was rejected 4 months later for missing educational docs (University diploma was supposedly not downloaded). August 4th was my second AOR.

I think you should. But chances are we wont get response as its within 6 months timeframe they suggest.

I am on a similar situation. 3 months from AOR.. RPRF upfront paid.. zero updates.

I raised one last week.. nothing to loose.. waiting to see if i have some reply.

Guys its been 109 days for AOR and 61 Days for RPRF Fees paid.... No update since 26th Sept

Agree with you Kannan....Its been over 3months since my AOR and 2months since i paid RPRF..
Even i am curious whether its a +ve sign or -ve

Hi indianaspirant! I wish I could help you here, but I dont think I can. I have applied with a help of immigration lawyer. So, I dont have any dates as I had no access to her portal. All I got was the ECAS access and here are my details:
AOR, August 4
Application in Process, August 13
Request for Schedule A, September 2
Request for RPRF, October 9
DM, November 26.

They are most likely not going to provide you with any update as you are still very much within the 6 months timeline. If you are an outlander, you are likely to have your BG check status move into "in progress" shortly; and if you are an inland applicant, I would advice you just apply for your GCMS.

According to CIC my first application was missing the University diploma. It was downloaded to my file, but then how could you prove it wasn't? I had to trust the CIC agent on that one at the end, who stated it was not there.
My application was rejected 4 months and 2 weeks after submission. Through all this time my status was only one line, "Application received."
One day I got onto this forum and after reading messages for few days, I realised that there was smth wrong with my application. As people who applied much later than me with lesser points had their status updated and were receiving PR's here and there. So, I submitted request for GCMS notes. My status has changed 2 days later to "Application rejected". I still dont know was it a coincidence or not. But, smth left me to believe it wasn't.
A lot of things changed since January. Applications are processed relatively faster and get rejected faster too.
At the end of the day, it's up to you, how you want to manage it, sit silently and wait for any updates or take a bit of proactive approach (which also does't guarantee you any responce) and request the GCMS notes or submit the CSE. The choice is all yours!
