That's is IP1. Your next step will be NA2 >>> IP2 >>> PPR Email

For your input, IP2 will look like this:

Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
5 months into the business and I'm still at IP1. That's disheartening of sorts.
Seniors please guide if I should be worried about / doing something about the situation.
Thanks

I'm sorry but that's wrong info. The guy is 5 months into this and he passed medical a while back. His background shows NA.

You are currently in NA2 and you will be in IP2 next. Thanks.

You are not in IP1. You are in NA2. The timelines are normal and I am sure you are going through the CIO- LVO route. There is nothing to worry. You are within the 6 months timeline. You have to wait it out. It will change to IP2 and PPR soon. And sometimes it happens all of a sudden like how it happened to me. Hang in there!

Thanks for your reply @johnsyks... It's reassuring when you are in 'Normal ' zone..

I'm sorry. I was looking at application line, not the bgc line. My mistake.
Yes, you are in NA2 as your BGC showed.
Sorry about that. I wish you best luck.

thats just really crazy... happy for the guy, but how do you attend to those just applying while holding those with five months old applications down... and the speed with which they are attending to those new applications really shows there's no big deal with the job, especcially when you dont have a long travel history... you should get accessed and approved in a matter of days..
I think it's more to do with the Visa office / officer handling your case. To make it fair to everyone, they should follow an objective standard checklist which the officers should follow within prescribed timelines. There is an unfortunate bunch of applicants with AOR March and April who are stuck. Plus delaying the decision for people like us gives us very little time to plan things - our visa would be valid for fewer days/months vis-a-vis a guy who got PPR in a month who would have around 10-11 months to land. Weird

Did you try and order GCMS by any chance or spoke with their agent?

I saw a few cases on My Immi tracker where people have got approval within a month or 6 weeks. Those people are with dependants. They have an Indian passport and reside in Singapore. They would have a travel history. I really don't understand how people from May June have got PPR so fast.
In this group people from April have got PPR around 4 months timeline. What is happening?

150 days, 4 month NA, what's the chance of rejection?
Very unlikely. You have probably passed the first eligibility and its awaiting officer review. One can never be 100% sure but I think you will be fine.

Hi Mates,

PNP Stream.
AOR : 2nd of April - Paid in advance.
Medical Passed: 26th of July.
BGC: N/A

Not sure whats goin on here, it has been 5 months and 2 days so far "152 days" !

I have called the call center couple of weeks ago, the guy told me that the criminality check was done already, and now they are processing the security check.
I knew some lads that had their AORs back in July and got their PPR already..!!

Do I have to call them again, ?
Do I need to order GCMS notes? or is it late to do that?

For PNP, you are following normal current timelines. I know people in Feb and March still waiting. PNP takes longer than FSW since PNP follows an entirely different timeline. You are free to order notes but there is very little you can do but wait..!
