I know a CEC candidate with Oct22 AOR. Their Biometrics got updated automatically after a few days of their AOR. The biometrics were given in 2019 and the expiry date for biometrics mentioned in Express Entry profile is 2029. Hope this helps.

I took my upfront medical exam on 29/10/2022, and got the Medical Passed exam on 12/12/2022. Hope it helps!

No worries, my pleasure. Most took them before you did, or used older medical results (apparently you can do that for inland applications).
