although this is an indicator, a better indicator is EE ECON passed on your activities...on your activities, you will also be able to check if your other assessments like criminality/security is passed or not or it is ongoing...

you can also double check everything by going onto 1. assessments(second page of notes) 2. Regarding criminality and security...goto admissibilities section in the middle of notes

rejections at this stage are rare...from what I have seen...rejections at this stage happen due to noc inconsistencies...but they are rare...

given your timeline...you should be fine man...its just a matter of time for you going by what you shared from your notes..

Not seeing much movement from Ottawa for April FSWO.

154 days after AoR and counting....13 days since BG IP. Don't know when will get the golden mail!!!

Hi all,

My case is bit confusing. I have appointed a rep for my pr application.

Following are my dates

ITA recieved - 10th Feb 2016
Category FSW Inland
AOR- April 08 2016
I went back home got engaged and married came back informed CIC about status change they emailed me to get my marriage documents and spouse documents on Aug 12 2016 they gave me only 1 week till Aug 19 2016. Fortunately I had told my wife to do PCC and medical upfront. so submitted my spouse docs before 19 Aug 2016. As you know CIC doesnt entertain calls before 180 days but still I was lucky atleast to know my spouse has been added to application. Yesterday I called CIC one agent informed me that call back after 21st January 2017 if you dont hear anything. This is ridiculous. My rep is a useless as he wont inform me the status going into CIC account. I did apply for accees to information on 12th Sep
2016 the processing time is 30 days.

Question has anyone faced such a situation if so what is the timeline?

don't get disheartened by CIC call centre agents response- they give generic answers like this to everyone...

wait for your notes to arrive...due to addition of your spouse onto your application 'might' cause potential delays(because she would have to go thru criminality/security)...or might not...

you can also try your luck again by calling CIC once your 6 months are done and hopefully this time around, you might get a good agent that gives you an real update...

Technically two questions - both of which have been answered many, many, many times. Take the time to look at earlier posts and educate yourself.

From what I heard,

1. yes, it is via e-mail

2. No you don't see any change until CoPR is issued.

Folks, I received my AOR on April 1, 2016.

I then received a further Schedule A request on MAy 11, 2016.

But when I logged in today the status said updated without any additional information

the application reads:
Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents Provided
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started

What shall I make of this?
