It has been extremely silent on my application so far after the initial few days when medicals changed to passed and schedule 4 was provided
It is 60 days exactly since AOR, ITA 8th march, aor:22nd april

does it take more time for family applicants- 2 adults and 2 kids in this process even though the we hv OINP nomination ?
we are applying from India, guess VO will be NDVO?

does it make sense to order gcms notes now?
why is it so silent? BG has been not needed at this time since the beginning, no change of status at all...

Go for gcms....60 days is decent time to go for it, i strongly recommend u go for it.

Hi All,

I need your valuable inputs on my situation. I am working in Quebec & I have applied for PR through express entry.
I have SINP PNP nomination.
My PR process quick details below:
PNP Inland
AOR : 19-Apr-2016
Medicals : In Review
Schedule 4 submitted : 03-May
Settlement plan submitted : 06-June-16
BG: Not needed at this time

I have received GCMS notes , as per notes self and son medicals passed and wife medicals in process from last 2 months.
My wife is pregnant and she has done all medicals including X-ray with protective shield with doctor consultation.
My wife medical results all are ok which has been confirmed by panel physician , I have double checked there is no issue and no adverse information stated on my wife medical reports except pregnancy.
Now I need your valuable inputs for below questions:
1. Is there any reasons delay in accepting my wife medicals due to pregnancy even completing all the tests ?
2. Do I need to declare dependent before delivery in my application?
3. Is there any information /documents need to provide to CIC to speed up my wife medicals?
4. Any one knows in similar situations how long it takes to finish medical.
I Kindly request you please provide valuable comments on above situations.

I applied for GCMS notes after my status changed to BG not needed at this time on 3rd June and got the reply for my request today:

The file number in question was initially submitted as an Express Entry application. Note that the file has reached the permanent residence stage. Please advise if you wish to amend your ATIP request for the permanent residence file.



· We require that you specify whether you wish to receive the electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer(s), which include the file status and updates, OR, the application forms, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from IRCC.



what does that mean?
Shall I consider it a positive response if they are saying it's on final stage or shall I ask them for the notes?

EE ASSESSMENT: PASSED CANDIDATE...........IAD 0....LITIGATION 0.

Agent REVIEW A11.2 having analysed the application and the info contained in the application and docs submitted by applicant A11.2 decision :MET, crs more than cut off selection criteria appears MET.....AWARDED POINTS for WORK EXPERIENCE at XXX.....reference letter confirms applicants experience for specific period and describes duties which are CONSISTENT with NOC skill level A. Reference letter confirms full time or equivalent part time exp.

Agent review 2: R10 police certificates R10 ok, all police certificates available. ECA verified on website and degree credentials are consistent.
CRIMINALITY PASSED.

Agent review 3 service support agent : EE application sent for R10 review, minimum requirements met, no representative used, MEDICAL Attached: yes, ECA with foreign credentials attached.....IELTS received, met threshold.....DOCS set for review: EDUCATION POF, police certificate.

But in 2nd page availble funds is shown as 15000 CAD. (single applicant)

Please reply, iam very stressed.

When applying for the GCMS notes you selected application type as "Express Entry" which is wrong. You no longer have an express entry profile after submitting your application therefore you should request "Permanent Residence" file instead.

Its amost been 3 months since i got AOR after Eapr. Since then only thing i heard from cic was a Schedule 4 request and that my Medicals are clear. There has been complete silence thereafter. How much time does it usually take to get PPR ? Could u plz share your cases falling within the same timeline as mine?...this delay is making me jittery

No need for alarm, we're all in the same boat. You can see other people who had their AOR in April here: myimmitracker.com/en/trackers/permanent-residency-tracker-all-programs (filter by "AOR Period (filtering)").

I'm not expecting to hear much until September/October, though I wish it would be sooner.

Can anyone tell me other than MYCIC account can you check your application status?

MyCIC is the only place you can check online. The "Check Your Application Status" page doesn't work for more recent applications. It's a pain, because the MyCIC login fails for me about 80% of the time, sometimes much more.

The only other option is to request your GCMS notes through an Access to Information request.
