Hi All,

I received my GCMS notes today and it says "Eligibility Passed"... What does that mean?? Does it mean that all documents I provided are correct or enough to satisfy case officer..? Nothing else is changes.. I am PNP _Inland (e-APR: 11th April, 2017)

U mentioned it says "Eligibility passed" and not "recommend passed"...
Meaning it is Officer's notes and not program assistant of Case analyst notes...

U r done, just wait for the golden email - Your background should be in process right now! Unless u killed somebody somewhere, u r done!

By the way - when did u order GCMS?

I didn't do anything wrong in my past, and my eligibility is "passed" since 8 March. BG2 in progress since 25 January! And haven't received the golden email yet. Just wanted to mention... Hope you guys have a better luck than mine.

Thank you, but I was wondering Criminality, Medical, Security nothing is changed yet. It still shows "Blank"....I applied for GCMS on 12th May, 2017.

You are April applicant and your eligibility passed within JUST 60 days??????
My medicals even didn't pass until 77 days!!

This makes me more confuse..I guess I am looking at wrong page...??? I opened my GCMS notes and on second page below Assessments section it says "Eligibility: Passed - Candidate"... I was wondering same as you as my Medical is not yet updated even after 50 days.

I was searching for this word "Candidate" to get detail info. ...

I haven't ordered my GCMS so have no idea on where to look for, but what I am sure about is Eligibility (A11.2) is one of the most important checks on our files and if it says passed, its safe to assume that its passed!!

I would suggest you upload a snapshot of your GCMS (redact private info) and request opinion from other senior members here.

You can also call CIC an confirm that your Eligibility has indeed passed.

My 9th month after AOR has started today.
I can't believe that I have already completed 8 months!
How long do I have to wait for the golden email???

I am starting to know how you feel. It's frustrating .... don't know what security checks they are doing on people who are already in Canada for few years now and even working for public corporations (the do through security checks before hiring you)

I am emailing on CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca but I am not getting auto reply from them. I tried sending it yesturday and also today. I think they are not receiving my email. I sent one email 12 days ago and got auto reply but no actual response for question at all. Anybody else having same difficulties?? Did they block my email address for sending them so many emails or what?
