My 9th month after AOR has started today.
I can't believe that I have already completed 8 months!
How long do I have to wait for the golden email??? :(

I called them numerous times, I received 2 times GCMS notes, contacted provincial government etc. The only thing I know is that my security screening (2. BG check) has been processed since 25 January (over 4,5 months).

Hi guys!
I need your help!!
I received a message about Bridging open work permit from IRCC today, and they request me to provide:

> PNC: Provincial Nominee Certificate from Province of Destination.
> R204(c) Letter of Support: Provincial Nominee Letter of Support from Province of Destination. These BOTH must be received at this office by: 2017/06/16

Does anybody have similar experience?
I am PNP Ontario inlander. My AOR of PNP is Mar 11, 2017; the AOR of BOWP is Mar 14, 2017.
My provincial nominee certificate expired in April.
My post graduate work permit expired in May.
I am in "implied status" now.

Do you guys think that I could get the support letter from OINP Office?
Should I keep fighting for the BOWP, or trying to apply to be a Vistor in Canada?
How long does it take to get medical done? and R10 done?

I was told that only when R10 is passed, the BOWP will be issued. Is it true?

Thank you for taking your time to read my message!! I really appreciate it!!
Please connect with an immigration lawyer immediately and get it done. Don't wait.
Since you are on implied status, dont worry, - Work on the BOWP until they say yes/no.
Did you submit the ITA letter which shows that you are eligible for BOWP and you can apply for BOWP?
In your EE application, have you shown LMIA points? Why are BOWP asking for R204(c)? which is primarily LMIA?

PNP slow down again, everyone start with great patience and positiveness.

But after such a long time, I just wanna say FXXX CIC and hope we never get involved with them AGAIN.+

HI,

Can someone clarify if the new change posted in todays news required Labor Market opinion?

"The Global Talent Stream will allow certain a skilled workers to obtain a work permit within two weeks of applying. It is one of the pillars of Canada's Global Skills Strategy, which aims to help innovative companies grow by ensuring they can access the highly skilled talent they need quickly."

Thank you

Yes, it requires LMIA and looks like its a backdoor only for companies - to ensure short term and that the employees don't change companies. These are all closed work permits (and LMIA is easily available for these work permits). And applies only to employees who apply from outside of Canada.
