Nothing to worry, You do have a job offer which is valid, only thing is its not LMIA approved and so u will not get points for that. This is totally fine.

No point in worrying, just hang in on there!! My medicals passed 77 days after AOR and we all know PNP-Inlands are the slowest in processing.
You should see an update soon.

Whoever you are talking about is not being considered as PNP-inland. As his file was processed at NDVO. so he is pnp-outland.

Maybe you're right, but when I asked him if he was PNP-Inland or Outland, he said PNP-Inland.

I checked his previous posts. He assume to be PNP-inland. but his file is processed at NDVO so PNP-outland. I am PNP-inland and still waiting. From GCMS notes, my file is "REady to finalize" but last step remains which is signature by senior officer.

I will pass my 100 days this Saturday, when do you recommend I should order my GCMS?

thanks for the support mate, so whats your time line? it took 77 days for you to pass your medical??
in one week it will be 90 days and i still have no idea about my applications status, I'm going through a consultant and he says that till we hit the 6 month mark immigration can't do much.

If your BG status is Not applicable, then you are good as it means they have passed eligibility checking, criminality checking and medical. The only step remains is the security check. Now your file is with the main office and it will be stuck for 2 more months. Then your status will change to "in progress" and finally after a month, you get PPR. This is the current trend.

You can order your GCMS notes, but you will see what I mentioned in the GCMS notes. nothing new.

My 2nd background check has been "in progress" since 25 January 2015. I am still waiting for my PPR.
I recommend to to over-generalize some quasi-patterns resulted unrepresentative case numbers.
By the way, believe me, I wish everybody here in this group the most speedy PPR. However, just consider that average processing time in PNP-Inland is around 6 months if not longer. I would say, 6,5 months is normal, 7,5 months still acceptable. There are significant numbers of applications that are +8 months and a few people in the forum have been waiting around 12 months as well.
I hope that this negative situation will change soon and we all get PPR as soon as possible.
Best of luck for you all.
