Hi,

I am not an expert but I gained quite broad experience through my own application during the last 1 year and I'm afraid this is really not a good sign...
Decision made without medical request usually means rejection...
I hope I'm wrong but if not then I'm really sorry...

if your status was "In Process", then its unlikely that they change the status to Decision made without Interview or medical...i generally observed the cases, where the status was "Recd by VO" and then it got changed to "Decision Made", but your the first case, where in status got changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made" without Medicals....please share your case details with us, would be helpful for the community...

experts/Seniors, any comments you would like to add in this case...appreciate your responses...thanks...

hello prsh patel
My doubt is when ecas shows IN PROCESS does it means that we have crossed hurdle of 67 points?
Also my case is old applicants , when we click on IN PROCESS & further for APPLICANTS FROM OUTSIDE CANADA we get IN PROCESS & DECISION MADE .
The middle stage of VO CHECK is missing here..

hi pamazana
yes you are right.. I am applicant 2007 july..
can somebody tell me about in process means 67 points crossed or no?

for old applicant, i.e. applicant before feb 2008, they have their first status as "In Process" when they submit their file to the visa office...

this In Process does not mean that applicant has passed the point test...it will require long time for VO to take applicants file for assessment, i think for old applicant the timelines are 60 to 65 months if VO is ND...i dont have info, at the moment what year file visa offices are processing, just the wild guess, they must be considering 2004 & 2005 files.....

if you are an old applicant, n ur status got changed to "In Process" to "Decision Made" then also without medicals it is not good sign...u got medicals n your status is decision made, then u r ready to fly...

hope this info is useful...
