I had kept a personal spreadsheet of all my entry/exit records. Then i entered them into the residence calculator and printed that out and sent it in my application. That is all I did. Nothing more. During the interview, the interviewer looked at all my stamps and checked them against the printout I had sent. I also had a lot of stamps missing for trips to the US but the interviewer didn't make any comment about it.
