PNP-Ontario. . yes I GMC note and my application has not been touched since December 2020

PNP too but May 2021. No idea on my application. I heard files have been transferred from there to canada

some people were told their files were transferred 2019 & 2020. I have not been able to connect with an IRCC agent to check my status

What is your country of residence? and how did you know that your file was in Dakar visa office????

COR = Cameroon. i called IRCC call center in december they told me the file was transferred to dakar

yes . I sent two webforms to dakar they told me that my application is in process nothing much.

yes I am PNP ontario May 2021 AOR. I wasn't lucky to hear that my file was transferred to Senegal in December last year

I ordered a GMC note in November and my file was still there at Dakar,but what I noticed with them is that they are very slow
