Your logic doesn't make any sense. Even if you count some people - what's the outcome of that? None. Because you don't know how many people are in the pool with higher points and you'll have no idea where you standing in line...

lol....IRCC's recent high cutoff CRS is really making some people pretty grumpy :P
 
According to official statistic at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/reports/ee-year-end-2015.asp, there are roughly 2000 people having score >=450. So 447 would not be sufficiently competitive for now. You may consider seeking a PNP or LMIA to get the 600 extra points or you may consider re-taking IELTS to get increase the scores on language and skill-transferability.

There is rumour that later this year CIC will finish all "in-stock" applications received before the EE system (before 2015), then they will be able to handle more cases and the CRS score will likely go down below 450.

Thanks for the replies/help for pnp/oinp do i need strong support from the company im working with ? my strong support i mean will they check companies records and stuff ? isn't pnp and Lmia same thing? like companie is gonna have to proof that there was no canadian available to do the job and stuff? :'(
