Hi I applied visitor visa for my uncle in August 4 2019 and no decision yet.

He is from India. So the visa office is new delhi ..

Date submitted, Biometrics & Passport given: 4 August
Biometrics Confirmation: 8 August
Approval: 15 August
Passport sent out from embassy: 18 August
Overall only 7 working days for the whole approval process (as there were Eid holidays and the embassy was shut for some days).

My parent's visitor Visa- Applied on 16July, Biometric done in 23Jul and no update since then. Visa office is New Delhi, application submitted Online..

Hey Guys,
Encountered a TRV Refusal in regards to online application applied from Mumbai.

Applied on 10th Aug 2019
Biometrics request on 11th Aug
Biometrics done and updated on 13th Aug
Correspondence letter 16th Aug
Rejection letter on 19th Aug

I applied again on the same time after few hours of refusal as i felt the reason given was invalid and was just meant to refuse the application by VO.

Refusal Reasons:
all with 179B
purpose of visit
not satisfied il leave canada looking at canada ties and country of residence(my wife is on a work visa and i wanted to visit her)
as well assets

I applied with a strong cover letter on 19th August 2019 as well as explaining and trying to convince that i have no intentions to be there as i have come from New Zealand studying back to India and i have no intentions to settle anywhere else.

The point of Stress is, as i applied back on 19th Aug, there is no update on my application. Can anyone please suggest or help?

Biometrics given on August 1, 2019, no update till now... I have 10 years USA visa and been to US twice.

Seems your application is done with IRCC, now they deliver your passport to Visa Centre which you applied, after it arrive, you can go and get your passport.
