  1. Anyone who applied on July 17 or after got a visa at Bangalore VO??

  2. Applied paper based from Bangalore on 24 Jul. Review of eligibility started on 27th Aug. So far same status.

  3. I don't know why this taking so long bro! It's kinda frustrating

  4. Since 31 Aug, I haven’t heard a single decision coming from Bangalore visa office except for one case which was applied online.

  5. Really? That’s crazy!! I mean it really spoils Canada’s reputation around the world. I’ll probably take my passport back in a week or so.

  6. Applied paper based visitor visa (dependant) from Bangalore on 24th July 2018
Review of eligibility started on 27th Aug 2018
Approved on 17th Sep 2018 at 1:51pm India time.

I did not receive any email for eligibility review or approval. I could see the status as I linked my application online.
Today morning at 11am I saw my status changed to updated/profile submitted and it went back to submitted when I refreshed the page.
At 1:51pm status again changed to updated/profile submitted. This time when I refreshed, status changed to approved.

I hope my post answers most of the queries. I wish all the best to those who still waiting for decision. Thank you

  7. @Bryanna It's been 70 days since I have applied for my TRV. No response from them yet! I have already raised a CSE using web form, but there was no response from them. My review of eligibility started a month ago. Why is the delay and what do I need to do about it? By the way, my BG says N/A.

  9. One possible reason is working in the defense services/police/judiciary (the background checks would continue to say not applicable in this case). Or if you work in critical high-tech or research.

Another reason is if you have traveled to/lived in a high-risk country
