Anyone waiting for ARC decision from New Delhi, India?

Hello,

We applied for my father's visitor visa on 11th August 2019 and CIC requested ARC on 27th August and we submitted our paperwork and all fees by September 3rd 2019 and since there has been no update yet.

Is anyone also waiting their ARC from New Delhi, India? I would really appreciate if anyone can share their timeline.
