Its strange. I heard from other forums that after PPR they take generally 2 weeks to send the COPR and passport back.
Anyone received COPR these days (15th Mar 2020 to 29th Mar) from CPC Ottawa? Wondering if their operations are closed due to COVID 19.

Yes, thats why I was wondering if they are temporarily not not processing any COPR requests or what.
We just got an email from IRCC London UK that the passport is on its way back. its been around 20 days since they received it till today.
Still not much days as compared to mine

I got the same response. Webform said they didn’t get my passport. But CPC Ottawa said they did. So just wait for Ottawa to respond and relax.
From what I understand, another section (might be third party company) different from CPC-Ottawa receives packpages and CPC-Ottawa collects those packages regularly. It may be that CPC-O does not collect packages as often as before due to the backlog and reduced processing capacity. So your passport is still in the truck/warehouse.
