Hi I have few question to answer for people who come to the community for helps.

1] Can retirement man qualified to sponsor his wife from oversea when he was still on pension plan. He is 69 years old?

2] A man is under consumer proposal eligible to sponsor his wife ?

3] A indian guy has common-law with a indian woman in Canada, but they are not registed in paper as husband and wife and they have one children together, but when he visited he wife family he slept with his wife sister and she is pregnant. can he sponsor his wife sister as legitimate wife ?

You need to be more specific. However, subject to clarification of the facts, the answers to your questions are:
1. The fact that the sponsor is retired and aged 69 is irrelevant; but to sponsor in the family class he must be either a Canadian citizen or a PR, and if the latter, living in Canada ;
2. I do not understand your question; please explain;
3. A person qualified to sponsor can sponsor his common law partner even if he is married to another; but getting his partner pregnant is not a sufficient qualification. The minimum requirement is proof that they have lived together for at least 12 months.

1] yes he is Canadian citizen. he was 69 years of age. he was on retirement pension plan and old age for 4 years. suppose that if he married someone oversea, can he qualify to sponsor his wife even though he is getting retirement pension and old age benefit.

2] consumer proposal is very likely bankrupt but it is not bankrupt.

1. Yes; but in his application he will need to show that he and his wife will have sufficient means to support themselves. I suspect that that may be difficult, given that he has a common law partner and a child in Canada already.
2. If he is insolvent, proving sufficient means to support himself and his wife, plus a child and a common law partner sounds difficult!
3. You have not addressed the problem in your third question. You say that he was visiting his wife's family? If so, he is presumably married? If so, how can he marry his wife's sister? He will first need a divorce.

Ok Sorry Sir.

The First question for Canadian guy 69 years of age who want to go out of the country and marry oversea, but his conditions was like what did I write above.:.... under retirement pension and old age security pension he got 1475 Canadian monthly....Can he marry oversea and is he eligible to sponsor his wife to Canada ?

the second question is for Somalia guy.
he is single and he is working full-time but there are one problem is: he was under consumer proposal.. he is still paying the debt to the bank around 26 thousand by 400 dollars monthly. Is consumer proposal affected as the same bankrupt? when he is trying to sponsor his family members

The third question for Indian guy who need legal advice to solve his case. like I mentioned above..... he lived with a woman in Canada as common-law, one time he visited his wife family back home in india. he made his wife's sister pregnant and she gonna having baby soon.? he asked can I sponsor my wife's sister as the legitimate wife?

that all questions....

1. Yes - he can marry overseas and sponsor his wife.
2. Yes - he can sponsor provided he is not bankrupt and not receiving social assistance.
3. He can sponosor his partner's sister provided they are either married or common law, and provided he is no longer in a common law relationship with his partner in Canada (he will have to prove that his common law relationship in Canada has dissolved).

No if the guy is going through consumer proposal he will not be eligible to be a sponsor .
