Anyone here knows if exclusion order will show on criminal record?

Hi. just want to know something.

My exclusion order has expired already but when i got it they did take fingerprints. now we wait for RCMP to send my criminal record certificate to the visa office in Tel-Aviv.
now I was told that exclusion record is not consider a criminal in Canada so its not suppose to be on my record. but anyone can confirm?

another question: anyone here have experience with RCMP waiting time to get their certificate? its the only thing that is needed now to issue my corp

as far as I know, you no longer need to worry about 'exclusion order', since you have been outside for over 1 year.

My partner also had an exclusion order. Immigration consultant told me long ago, that was no longer as issue.

As far as RCMP, I dont know about it. Go relax, have a Macabee beer ! You will be back soon ! 8)

oh my.. yes i remember... I really hope you will finish already!! this is not normal and really not fair..

RCMP can take up to 4 months to be sent to Canadian embassies - that's what it says on their website. However most of the time it takes less than that, more like 1 or 2 months.
