Hi, I'm sponsoring PR to my wife, and she's been having trouble submitting her fingerprints at Service Ontario. The Service Ontario representative who was collecting her biometrics wrote a letter stating that my wife permanently doesn't have fingerprints. I created a webform and submitted the letter, asking for advice on how to proceed, but we haven't received any response for over two months. I've sent the webform three times. Has anyone had similar experiences?
