anyone got VISA applied on 12th December ?

I'm exactly in the same situation!
Applied in generic category on the 12th Dec.
File reached CHC,New Delhi on the 13TH.
On the 19th,I got a medical request(by phone) from CHC.
They told tht they will dispatch the passport immediately for medical exam.
Bt they didn't & I havn't heard frm them since!!

have u applied under generic category? got a medical request?
