I am currently seriously contemplating moving to Saskatchewan in order to attempt to get the nomination for PR.

The only jobs I can really do are food services or guest services, and I would much prefer to do guest services however I was wondering if anyone could clarify a few things for me.

From what I understand you work as a front desk/guest services clerk for a minimum of 6 months to which you can then apply for provincial nomination, then you apply to the cic to stay as a permanent resident if the province nominates you. Is it really as simple as that? I've contacted a few immigration lawyers who have told me guest crevices isn't even on the list but on the sask gov website it is...so they were no help to me.

The NOC on the job websites saskjobs.ca NOC 6435, how can I clarify that this is indeed a job I can get nomination through? Or if they are already on the saskjobs.ca website does that mean they are already approved?

I read somewhere your place of work has to have some sort of certificate in order to employ you and advertise on the websites, can anyone clarify what this is?

What should I do to confirm that the employers are aware and willing to help get nominated, and what I mean by that is do I need to make sure they have anything such as a certificate prior to me starting work, - I want to bring it up during any interviews I may have and make it perfectly clear of my intentions that i want to get SINP but im very confused about what i need them to do regarding this, and what the letter of employment is....Can i get this at the start of employment or do they write this after 6 months?

Has anyone successfully gained SINP through the Saskatchewan experience for guest services? Im on an IEC visa currently so have about 15 months left on my work visa so would I assume go through the experience applications.

If I meet all the requirements and quota for that years allowance isnt filled, is it pretty much guaranteed to be approved and me nominated? What reasons would they decline to nominate me for? I just dont want to waste 6 months working there if theres a big chance I wont get nomination at the end of it if that makes sense.

Do I need to meet the 60 point requirements and have $10,000 in my account, from my understanding of it I dont need these for the Saskatchewan experience applications?

Im really sorry that the questions seem to be all over the place, im just very confused about the entire process and any information anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.
