Anyone got Police report from Indian Embassy in Newyork ?

Can anyone share the experience ? I feel highly unsafe in sending my passport there

I have experience ordering PCC from Indian embassy but not in New York. My embassy had handled it all quite professionally so not particularly sure why you feel unsafe with embassy in New York.

In how many days you got your passport and report back from embassy ?? I had bad experience in NY embassy. I would not trust them for handling anything

This is in general while applying a PCC from an embassy:

If they can find your records in their system then you can expect your passport in 7 days. If they cannot find your records then an additional request is sent to India in your city which might take anywhere from 25-40 days.

If your last police verification was done in recent years then there are good chances that your passport will be returned in 7 days.

nothing to worry .
i sent my pp to Atlanta consulate . got it in a week .

Hopefully, Do they only accept the return label of USPS Express ??? Can't it be UPS or FEDEX??

I Forgot that part , sorry , i think it is either UPS or FedEx , but definetly not USPS in my case .

Copy of AT&T Bill
Copy of mails that I often get from UPS/USPS/Fedex etc
Couple of more copies showing address. I will get all copies notarized
Money order
Return Label

All good ??
