I am new to this forum. Since there is so many confusion going on about CEC cap reached sometime in mid Oct. , I thought I would start this thread to see if anyone got their CC charged recently. I am starting to believe cap has been reached after reading all the info on this forum, but there is still this tiny bit of hope inside me that's saying it hasn't.
So if any of you get CC charged or get any OFFICIAL confirmation anywhere on the CIC website about cap being reached please share here.
May be I still have to wake up from my dreamland to accept the truth
but I am not letting it go until I actually get some actual confirmation or my application back.
