Hello Guys,

I guess there's plenty students these days getting AIP mostly and very few refusals. Like you many, I have also submitted application and this is the 2nd attempt. So I've done almost everything upfront e.g biometric, & medical also pass (17July 2020 only this has updated so far in the GC key acc).

My timelines
Application: 2nd time
Submission date: 22 June 2020
Complete application: yes (biometric done last year & so valid for 10 years)
Medical: pass on 17 July 2020
Eligibility: Not started yet

So wondering if anyone like me applied for 2nd time and got visa results. Please share your timelines. Please do COMMENT. Cheers!

It's my 4th attempt, got 3 refusals last year, but i was totally eligible.
The difference is, my course duration was 1 year in all those 3 attempts and the universities were also not much renowned.
What changes I've made this time :
Shown much more funds as that of before.
Opted for 2 year program.
As I've 4 year experience as an HR professional, so changed the course from 1 year PG diploma in Human Resources to Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Management.

Have tried to explain in more detailed manner about my future prospects in SOP.

I hope this would help me this time as this is my last try. I won't apply for Canada Study permit if it gets refused this time as it is the best I could do from my side.

All the best to everyone.

Same here I opted for 1 yr course...kindly explain

Hello I am new to this group, I applied June 1st via an Immigration Attorney..I am still yet to receive any update and no AIP, A friend of mine told me AIP have been sent out to successful students and no first stage rejection has been sent out, However some people who were rejected found out via their GCSM notes and never received any email or update from CIC or refusal...How true is this?

That's true many got refusals.

Anyway, whats you situation now. Is there any update yet on your application. Mine has no update yet.

Though just got a bad news for one of my friend. He had pretty good profile but got rejection letter this morning.

Don't think this is true. IRCC usually does not withhold information if your application has been refused. They will update it in your GCkey account or send you an email with a reason as to why was it refused.
