Yes my address reappeared around 6th jan,,,, no i havent applied for CAIPS, I have asked my advocate to apply on my behalf, it should be free of cost, isnt it?

Ofcourse, few important things have been kept on hold in wait for my PRV, i belive there would be many other fellows who are not taking major decisions fo their careers or business. this wait has become quite combersome in fact .
i really hope NDVO listening /watching .
