Anyone from Montreal got online test invite and/or oath ceremony

Anyone got any updates from Montreal office? Today in canada.ca it was updated that citizenship processing time would be 27 months. I just hope we do not fall into that timeline

Unlikely to take 27 months for you. I am not sure about your wife. It depends on what stage she is at.

She has bg check completed early Dec and test completed since December 21.

We are January 2021 applicants, got the test in August. Still pending. We contacted through our MP and received response that, it may take another 2 to 3 months

Only BG check was completed by May and Test was in August. Others are IP.
Montreal is the worst office I have ever seen. We are still standing so kids wont have to

I know. I have first hand experience. 18 months for the test and after that 8 months for the oath. The wait is still on by the way. 40 days for the passport and still nothing. 2019-2022 were worst years of my life. I didn't feel more depressed and burned out like this before because of the citizenship application. Even when I finally got it I wasn't happy I got it, but rather happy I am done with IRCC.

I and my husband applied together from GTA area but my file went to MTL office and my husbands went to NGF. He got his oath and I am still on BG and Test complete since last 5 months.

This is exactly our scenario, we both applied online from GTA just 5 mins apart but mine went to NGF (Decision Made now) and her's went to MTL (same status as yours).
