I have only found a single person who has had a study permit approved since 18th March, an EU national in Hong Kong, on this forum.
My daughter received notification of first stage processing on 19th August from London, her GCMS notes will arrive in a couple of weeks, I expect them to show her permit was approved mid to end June.

I am from Denmark, applied on Auguist 18th in London, received my AIP last week and now waiting for the stage two approval

congratulations but I was waiting for final approval not AIP because the VFS centers are open........ BUT lets wait !!!
Yes I submitted complete file on 19 June and received aip on 27 August
