I’ve applied 9 days ago, some people told me that their application process took 24 hours or maximum 2 days, according to the cic.gc.ca for Dominican Republic is 12 days.

I was refused last year, that could be a reason for take long time ?

The currently status of my application is “your application is in progress”

can i withdraw money from my account ?, is the account i showed of my financials support. of course i wont withdraw all the money but do they have access to my account ?
