in 1st, its written that the requirement is "College diploma or university degree"
in 2nd, its written that the course is Post-Secondary.

which is correct?

this is the reply i got about 1 5.5 IELTS score.

Dear Applicant,

You can apply with your current IELTS score , all the other section are good except writing , once you have applied we will send your file to our English department for approval and they will take the decision.

hey hell..dont worry man,stay positive.same thing has happened to me when i applied last year for centennial college bcoz of my band score they deffered my application for nxt semester,but ur individual band score is much better than me.so i am 100% sure that they will give u offer letter.
