Anyone declined an ITA in the earlier draws and got an ITA again ?

Those who declined your ITA in earlier draws and got an ITA in the consecutive draws please input your comment with the reasons for withdraw. Though situations are different for everyone, I believe still it will help many of us to proceed further with any other alternative solutions.
