decision made written communication to follow.

What does this means?

When did u apply and specify the date at which u have submitted ur documents?
U can also mail the coordinator and ask for ur results?

I have received LOA from dalhousie University fall 2013 last week on email . As per Office coordinator , hard copy has been mailed on monday . Please let me know who else joining Dal INTW in fall 2013 so we can discuss VISA , Travel plans etc .

Dalhousie is a reputed univ so don't worry

In offer letter it was cleary mentioned that typical length of the program is 2years, but we can complete the course in 1 year..so suppose if i complete the course in 5 terms..then is it possible to get 3 years PGWP visa ?..
suppose if i get only 1.5 years PGWP visa..then is it possible to survive in canada ang get PR ?

I am going to resign my job and planning to do masters in dalhousie univ.. please guide me...

I think if you complete your course in one year you will be eligible for only one year permit....................try to make a lot of links and work hard and the job wont be a big problem
