ur profile is goof but jumping from ECE to comp sci will be depending on wat work exp u have. if you are applying for fall you are late for switching to course option and i will be honest and might sound brutal they hardly pick indian student in coursework because of so many reasons. 2 ways you can get in coursework :- a) Some current student vouch for you to a supervisor. b) you impress a supervisor and he/she ready to take u in once you are here.

My suggestion stick to industrial and see what happens.

Yeah I thought on those terms too...
I planned for the below universities left-
1) Ryerson Univ (I suppose it has good reputation)
2) Lakehead University
3) University of Windsor

My profile-
UG (ECE)- 72.34%
Work Exp -4.6 years
IELTS - 7.5
12th - 92.9%
10th - 83.14%

Also I wanted to know if I stand a chance for Course Work there, if I make an appeal to change from Industrial option to Course Work.. I am tensed about this.. Should I approach any supervisor for this... What do you suggest?.. I am in a dilemma, I don't wana lose this university, I applied for course wok for every university except this..

I have applied to university of Victoria for MTIS (Masters in Telecommunication and Information Security) program. The duration of the program is 1 year and after that I can do 1 year internship (optional), So if do the internship for 1 year after the completion of program will I get 3 years PGWP or 1 year PGWP?
And what are the chances of my admission into Uvic?
My Profile is : 7 bands in IELTS and 70% B.Tech(IT) aggregate upto 6th semester(currently I am in my final year). :-[

Expensive program
Well getting an internship is not that easy so be prepared if you dont get the internship. Also the PGWP depends on how the immigration officer reads the degree completion certificate. If he/she is not clear they might not consider the internship as a part of course ( this has happened as one of case).

About the admission noone can confirm except the university community.

12th-79.6%
BE.Mech Eng from anna-university- 6.58/10 - 16backlogs with out repetition and 30 backlogs with repetition.
3years research work in college and represented india in Philippines for research presentation.
tons of additional awards and certificates and extra-circular.
IELTS-7.0 WITH NOTHING LESS THAN 6
reason for backlogs is apart from all research i was doing in 2 and 3rd year i was suffering from very bad health issues.
i am choosing university for simple fact that i am not eligible for SPP colleges and i know i cannot approach a consultant because every one deals with SPP colleges and tats the reason why they say more then 8 backlogs there is no chance.
