anyone applying inland from quebec?or anyone knows?request of some info

Hi,

i sent the application for PR 3 months ago inland to vegreville to become a quebec resident(different regulations apply). today i called the call centre and they told me that they started processing my application on the 15 th of september 2010. on the quebec government website it says that to be able to apply later for the quebec residence, immigration canada (CIC) must send me first a letter to tell me to go on with quebec immigration. what kind of letter is that?after how long they start processing you usually receive this letter at home? Anyone applied inland from quebec that can help me with this? or anyone knows the rules and times of processing?

Hi,

You can go to their website at processing time, I believe you are sponsored by your partner.
If this is the case, the letter is where Canada invite you to continue your case and for it you must apply to Quebec but you need this letter to apply to Quebec, I meant you can't apply to Quebec before you receive this letter and the processing times for you to get this letter is 9 months. I applied on January and I just received the letter.
Good Luck the process is very long, hopefully it's not thant long after this first stage.
